Library

The Library is a conference room conveniently located just inside the building’s north (parking lot) entry. It is furnished with a conference table suitable for meetings of up to 12 people.

The Library is equipped with Logitech video conferencing equipment, including a 75” wall-mounted display panel. In addition to 12 comfortable conference chairs, seating in the Library also includes an 8-foot sofa.

The Library Rental Rates

The Library: $300 / 3 hours (Additional time $50/ hour)

Add-on for the Lounge Serving Kitchen: $ 150 / 3 hours (Additional time $50 / hour)

Day of event ULC house staff: Included in rental charge

Room Setup (Tables & Chairs): $100 / hour / person
